How do I upgrade my subscription plan?
Visit the Pricing page, select your desired plan (Basic or Premium),
and follow the UPI payment instructions. Our team will activate your subscription within 24 hours after payment verification.
How long does payment verification take?
Payment verification typically takes 2-4 hours during working hours. Once verified, your subscription
will be activated immediately and you'll receive a confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfers, and Cash payments.
Simply upload your payment screenshot after making the payment.
Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
Refund Policy: You can request a cancellation and full refund within 3 days of payment.
After 3 days, we will not be able to process refunds or cancel your subscription.

How do I upload products in bulk?
Download the Excel template from your dashboard, fill in your product details, and upload the file.
The system supports templates for different business types including Bags, Fashion, Food Products, and more.
What happens when my free trial ends?
After your free trial ends, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the platform.
Your data is safely stored and will be available once you upgrade.
Can I customize the catalogue template?
Premium plan subscribers get access to custom templates and branding options. You can add your business logo,
customize colors, and tailor the catalogue to match your brand identity.
